팬과 틸트로 억제된 카메라 무브먼트는 영화 이론가들에 의해 종종 창문에 비유되는 직사각형 영화 스크린을 의도적으로 모방하고 있다. 불 꺼지고 닫힌 자신들만의 공간에서 (남성 다수의) 관객들은 그 스크린 혹은 창틀을 통하여 핍쇼우를 관람하게 된다.
박지홍의 ‹저는 여배우입니다›는 다큐멘터리에 실험적 형식을 도입한 파워풀한 작품이다. 감독은 여배우의 촬영 장면에 상점 유리창의 마네킹, 홍등가의 매춘부들, 그리고 정육점의 고기와 같은 다큐멘터리 이미지를 삽입했으며, 모든 장면은 오직 횡방향과 수직방향의 카메라 움직임으로만 촬영된 것이다. 형식적 유사성을 통해 만들어진 소비주의, 남성의 욕정과 여성 신체의 물신화 사이의 연결고리를 통해 이 작품은 오랜 정절의 요구와 남성 성욕의 충족 이 모두를 모순적으로 요구하는 사회에서 한국 여성의 역할에 대한 미묘한 비판을 제공한다. The camera movements limited to “pan and tilt” consciously imitate the rectangular movie screen that is often compared with a window. The male audience looks at a peep show through the screen/window in the closed darkness. His vision of desire restricted by the camera movement indulges in mannequins, roses, prostitutes, meats and female bodies in the showcases. Both the unconscious audience and the simplified, objectified actress do not have choice. The dissonance of image and text produces harmony and disharmony to create a distance between the film and the audience. The distance seeks to dissolve the film’s suppressed form and to lead the audience to an active viewing experience.
Providing a powerful example of the use of experimental form in the documentary, Jihong Park’s film intercuts shots of an actress with documentary images of mannequins in store windows, prostitutes on display in a red-light district, and meat in a butcher shop, all shot using only lateral and vertical camera movements. The formal similarities make connections between consumerism, male scopophilic desire, and fetishization of the female body, offering a subtle critique of the roles that Korean women must play in a society contradictorily demanding both traditional chastity and the satisfaction of male sexual desire. 단국대학교 공연영화학부 영화전공 교수로 영화제작실습, 시나리오, 졸업영화프로젝트 등의 수업을 담당하는 한편 공연영화 분분야의 연출 또는 프로듀서로 활동하고 있으며, ‹시나리오 워크북›, ‹단편 시나리오 쓰기›, ‹액팅 원› 등의 번역가로도 활동 중이다.

Teaching mainly production courses such as Filmmaking Workshop, Screenwriting and Graduate Thesis Project in Dankook University, also working as producer or director in various film and theater productions and as translator of several books.
