Here lies an old promise that can never be fulfilled. A prophecy that has outlived its appointed time endures by cloaking itself in ever more subtle and powerful images. It continues to whisper in changing voices, speaking of a time and a place that can never be reached.

Bio

송시영은 퍼포먼스, 무빙이미지, 설치 등 다양한 매체를 오가며 작업하는 작가이다. 기억이 장치를 거쳐 재구성되는 과정에 관심을 두고 몸이 잔여하는 방식과 교차해 들여다본다.

Siyoung Song is an artist working across performance, moving image, and installation. Her practice explores the ways memory is reconstructed through mediating apparatuses, examining how these processes intersect with the body's lingering traces.
