Sybille is the last person alive on a planet with no history or water. She roams through arid lands, traveling through strange visions. Entities with more memory than humans communicate with her. How to persuade the spirit of the waters to come back to earth?

시빌은 역사도 물도 없는 행성에서 마지막으로 살아남은 사람이다. 그녀는 황량한 땅을 배회하고 이상한 환상을 통해 여행을 한다. 인류보다 더 많은 기억을 가진 개체가 그녀와 소통을 한다. 물의 정령이 지구로 돌아오도록 설득하는 방법은 무엇일까?

Juanita Onzaga (1991) is a Colombian-born Brussels-based filmmaker and visual artist. In her films, Juanita combines fiction and non-fiction elements, touching the importance of memory, death and imagination, creating poetic tales that reflect different ways of perceiving reality within strong political contexts. Her storytelling creates within realism, an intimate quest for mysticism, where the invisible complements and gives more answers and meanings to the physical world. Her most recent short film TOMORROW IS A WATER PALACE recently premiered at International Film Festival of Rotterdam 2022 making part of the Ammodo Tiger competition and recently screened at the Museum of Modern Art of New York MoMA making part of the exhibition Movies from Earth.
