'하이브리드'는 영국 시골길에서의 우스꽝스러운 걸음걸이를 보여주는 영화다. 호피 무늬 브래지어를 입고, 머리에 타이즈와 바지를 입은 작가는 건조대를 사용하여 걸음걸이를 바꾼다. 감정없는 보이스오버는 자연 다큐멘터리, 속옷 광고, 동기부여 강의, 파트너 구인에 관한 여성 잡지 기사에서 인용된 텍스트로 구성된다. 데이비드 애튼버러의 영화와 비슷한 관음적 시선을 보여주기 위해 한 장면은 드론으로, 다른 장면은 로밍 카메라로 촬영했다.

‘Hybrid’ shows an absurd walk in the British countrside. Wearing backwards leopard print bras, sheer tights and pants on my head, I use a drying rack to change my walking style. The deadpan voiceover is assembled from text appropriated from nature documentaries, underwear advertisements, motivational lectures and women’s magazine articles about finding a partner. One screen is filmed by drone and the other by roaming camera to give a voyeuristic position similar to a David Attenborough film.
