10분이 되지 않는 영화를 통해 동안 3개월간의 밴쿠버 항구와 주변 철길, 산과 지나가는 배들의 역동적인 변화의 모습을 살폈다. 수평적으로 기록된 장면에서 내게 흥미를 끌었던 것은 기차 선로, 산, 하늘, 물과 같은 네 가지 요소들이 변화하는 방식이었다. (데이비드 리머)
Vancouver harbor, with its railyards, mountains, and passing ships, is a vista in fluid transformation as three winter months are reviewed in ten minutes. What interested me about the shot were the horizontals: train tracks, the water, the mountains, the sky. In the way, those four elements would change. (David Rimmer)
